Four Weeks to Go...

I'm booked to leave on 9/29/07 from Yaeger airport to San Diego. I've got a room booked approx 1 mile from my start point. I've got most of my gear assembeled. I've tested my packs. I've put in 2500+ miles since April. I think I'm ready... but now I'm getting nervous.

What the hell...

Am I ready?

Yesterday, I biked from procious, wv to duck, wv and back. It was approx 90 miles with all my gear (60lb in panniers). I could have done more, but I didn't start until 1:00pm (finished in the dark- which I enjoyed ).
Met a kitten and a pup. Gave the kitten my pb&j. The pup got my granola bar. talked to strangers in ivydale. Ate at subway in clay. Drank a beer on way home...
Am I ready? ...almost...
